Bagaimana cara login di aplikasi?

Pakai email dan password yang sama dengan versi web. Akun baru dibuat di app.aichatauto.com atau lewat undangan dari pemilik workspace.

Lupa password?

Ketuk Lupa password di layar login. Tautan reset dikirim ke nomor WhatsApp yang terdaftar di akun Anda.

Bagaimana menghubungkan nomor?

Buka tab Nomor, tambah nomor, lalu pindai kode QR atau masukkan kode tautan dari HP yang memakai nomor tersebut.

Notifikasi tidak muncul?

Buka Setelan di aplikasi dan pastikan status notifikasi aktif, lalu izinkan notifikasi AIChatAuto di pengaturan HP.

Menghapus akun

FAQ (English)

How do I sign in to the app?

Use the same email and password as the web version. New accounts are created at app.aichatauto.com or through an invite from a workspace owner.

Forgot your password?

Tap Lupa password (Forgot password) on the sign-in screen. A reset link is sent to the WhatsApp number saved on your account.

How do I connect a number?

Open the Nomor (Numbers) tab, add a number, then scan the QR code or enter the link code on the phone that uses that number.

Not getting notifications?

Open Setelan (Settings) in the app and check that notifications are on, then allow notifications for AIChatAuto in your phone settings.
