Ingin menghapus akun AIChatAuto Anda sendiri? Lihat Hapus Akun.

Pemilik bisnis

1. Buka dashboard AIChatAuto, lalu pada akun Facebook / Instagram di panel kiri, klik Putuskan. Token akses langsung dihapus dan pesan baru tidak lagi diterima.
2. Anda juga bisa mencabut akses dari Facebook: Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations, pilih AIChatAuto, lalu Remove.
3. Untuk menghapus seluruh riwayat percakapan dan data workspace, kirim email ke support@aichatauto.com dari email pemilik workspace dengan judul "Hapus data".

Pengguna Facebook / Instagram yang pernah mengirim pesan ke sebuah bisnis

Kirim email ke support@aichatauto.com dengan nama bisnis yang Anda hubungi dan nama / username akun Anda. Kami akan menghapus pesan Anda dari inbox bisnis tersebut.

Permintaan diproses dalam 30 hari, dan kami akan mengonfirmasi lewat email setelah selesai.

Business owners

1. In the AIChatAuto dashboard, click Putuskan (Disconnect) on the Facebook / Instagram account in the left panel. The access token is deleted immediately and no new messages are received.
2. You can also revoke access from Facebook: Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations, select AIChatAuto, then Remove.
3. To delete all conversation history and workspace data, email support@aichatauto.com from the workspace owner's address with the subject "Delete data".

Facebook / Instagram users who messaged a business

Email support@aichatauto.com with the business you contacted and your account name / username. We will delete your messages from that business's inbox.

Requests are completed within 30 days, and we confirm by email when done.
