Cara menghapus akun

• Di aplikasi: buka tab Setelan, gulir ke bawah, ketuk Hapus akun, masukkan password, ketik HAPUS, lalu konfirmasi.
• Di web: login di app.aichatauto.com, buka Setelan → Akun, klik Hapus akun, masukkan password dan ketik HAPUS.
• Lewat email (misalnya kalau tidak bisa login): kirim email ke support@aichatauto.com dari email akun Anda dengan judul "Hapus akun". Kami akan memverifikasi bahwa Anda pemilik akun sebelum menghapus.

Apa yang dihapus

• Anggota tim (member): akun login (email, password, nomor WhatsApp akun) dan semua perangkat yang login langsung dihapus. Chat yang pernah Anda balas tetap ada karena milik bisnis tempat Anda bekerja.
• Pemilik workspace: login langsung dimatikan. Paling lambat 30 hari, kami menghapus permanen workspace beserta nomor yang terhubung, percakapan, media, kontak, data CRM, setelan AI, API key, dan akun anggota timnya. Jika workspace masih punya anggota tim, serahkan kepemilikan atau keluarkan anggota terlebih dahulu.
• Token notifikasi dan login di semua perangkat langsung berhenti berlaku.

Apa yang mungkin disimpan

• Catatan tagihan / pembayaran yang wajib disimpan menurut hukum.
• Log keamanan server dan salinan cadangan, yang terhapus otomatis mengikuti siklus penyimpanannya.

How to delete your account

• In the app: open the Setelan (Settings) tab, scroll down, tap Hapus akun (Delete account), enter your password, type HAPUS and confirm.
• On the web: sign in at app.aichatauto.com, open Setelan → Akun (Settings → Account), click Hapus akun, enter your password and type HAPUS.
• By email (for example if you cannot sign in): email support@aichatauto.com from your account's address with the subject "Delete account". We verify that you own the account before deleting it.

What is deleted

• Team members: the login (email, password, account WhatsApp number) and every signed-in device are deleted immediately. Chats you answered stay, as they belong to the business you work for.
• Workspace owners: the login is switched off immediately. Within 30 days we permanently delete the workspace with its connected numbers, conversations, media, contacts, CRM data, AI settings, API keys and team member accounts. If the workspace still has team members, transfer ownership or remove them first.
• Notification tokens and logins on every device stop working immediately.

What may be kept

• Billing / payment records we are required by law to keep.
• Server security logs and backups, which expire automatically on their normal schedule.
