AIChatAuto ("kami") menyediakan platform inbox untuk bisnis: satu layar untuk chat WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, Instagram Direct, dan komentar Facebook / Instagram milik bisnis tersebut. Layanan tersedia di web (app.aichatauto.com) dan aplikasi AIChatAuto untuk iOS dan Android. Kebijakan ini menjelaskan data apa yang kami proses, untuk apa, dan pilihan Anda.

Data yang kami proses

• Data akun: nama, email, dan password (disimpan dalam bentuk hash) milik pemilik dan anggota tim workspace.
• Isi percakapan: pesan, lampiran, nama tampilan, ID pengirim, dan waktu pesan dari akun WhatsApp, Facebook Page, dan Instagram yang dihubungkan oleh bisnis.
• Data dari Meta: saat bisnis menghubungkan Facebook / Instagram, kami menerima ID dan nama Page / akun Instagram, token akses Page, serta pesan dan komentar yang masuk ke akun tersebut. Kami hanya meminta izin yang dibutuhkan untuk membaca dan membalas pesan dan komentar.
• Data CRM yang dicatat tim bisnis: catatan, label, tahap lead, nilai deal, jadwal follow-up.
• Data teknis: log server (waktu, alamat IP, halaman yang diakses) untuk keamanan dan perbaikan error.

Aplikasi iOS dan Android

• Data perangkat: nama perangkat, jenis sistem (iOS / Android), dan versi aplikasi, supaya Anda bisa melihat dan mengeluarkan HP yang sedang login.
• Token notifikasi: token push dari Apple / Google untuk mengirim notifikasi chat masuk dan telepon. Notifikasi di layar kunci tidak memuat isi chat. Anda bisa mematikannya di pengaturan HP.
• Kamera, foto, dan file: hanya diakses saat Anda sendiri memilih untuk memotret atau melampirkan foto / file ke chat. Yang dikirim hanya file yang Anda pilih.
• Token login disimpan di penyimpanan aman perangkat (Keychain / Keystore).
• Aplikasi tidak memakai SDK iklan, tidak melacak Anda di aplikasi atau situs lain, tidak mengambil lokasi, dan tidak membaca kontak di HP Anda.

Untuk apa data dipakai

• Menampilkan dan menyimpan percakapan di inbox bisnis, serta mengirim balasan yang ditulis tim bisnis.
• Fitur otomatis yang diaktifkan bisnis sendiri (sambutan, auto-reply AI, follow-up, laporan).
• Keamanan akun, dukungan pelanggan, dan perbaikan layanan.

Kami tidak menjual data, tidak memakainya untuk iklan, dan tidak memakai data dari Meta untuk tujuan lain selain menjalankan inbox milik bisnis yang menghubungkannya.

Dengan siapa data dibagikan

• Penyedia infrastruktur (hosting server dan database) yang memproses data atas nama kami.
• Penyedia AI (mis. Anthropic atau OpenAI) hanya jika bisnis mengaktifkan fitur AI dengan API key miliknya sendiri; potongan percakapan dikirim untuk membuat balasan.
• Meta / WhatsApp, saat balasan dikirim lewat layanan mereka.
• Layanan notifikasi (Apple Push Notification service, Firebase Cloud Messaging, dan Expo) untuk mengantar notifikasi ke aplikasi.
• Pihak berwenang, jika diwajibkan hukum.

Penyimpanan dan keamanan

Percakapan disimpan selama workspace aktif, supaya riwayat chat tidak hilang walaupun akun terputus. File media dapat dihapus otomatis setelah periode tertentu. Semua data dikirim lewat koneksi terenkripsi (HTTPS / TLS). Password disimpan sebagai hash, token akses dan kredensial disimpan terenkripsi (AES-256-GCM). Akses ke data dibatasi untuk anggota workspace yang berhak. Server kami dapat berada di luar Indonesia.

Hapus akun

Anda bisa menghapus akun langsung dari aplikasi (Setelan → Hapus akun) atau dari web (Setelan → Akun → Hapus akun). Akun member langsung dihapus. Untuk pemilik workspace, login langsung dimatikan dan seluruh data workspace dihapus permanen paling lambat 30 hari. Detailnya di halaman hapus akun.

Hak Anda

Sesuai UU No. 27 Tahun 2022 tentang Pelindungan Data Pribadi, Anda dapat meminta salinan, koreksi, atau penghapusan data Anda, dan menarik persetujuan. Pemilik bisnis dapat memutus Facebook / Instagram kapan saja dari dashboard. Lihat instruksi penghapusan data, atau hubungi support@aichatauto.com.

Anak-anak

Layanan ini untuk bisnis dan tidak ditujukan bagi anak di bawah 13 tahun.

AIChatAuto ("we") provides a business inbox: one screen for a business's WhatsApp chats, Facebook Messenger, Instagram Direct, and Facebook / Instagram comments. The service is available on the web (app.aichatauto.com) and as the AIChatAuto app for iOS and Android. This policy explains what data we process, why, and your choices.

Data we process

• Account data: name, email and hashed password of workspace owners and team members.
• Conversation content: messages, attachments, display names, sender IDs and timestamps from the WhatsApp, Facebook Page and Instagram accounts a business connects.
• Data from Meta: when a business connects Facebook / Instagram we receive the Page / Instagram account ID and name, a Page access token, and the messages and comments sent to those accounts. We request only the permissions needed to read and reply to messages and comments.
• CRM data entered by the business's team: notes, labels, lead stage, deal value, follow-up dates.
• Technical data: server logs (time, IP address, pages requested) for security and debugging.

iOS and Android app

• Device data: device name, operating system (iOS / Android) and app version, so you can see and sign out the phones logged in to your account.
• Notification token: an Apple / Google push token used to notify you of incoming chats and calls. Lock-screen notifications do not show message content. You can turn them off in your phone settings.
• Camera, photos and files: accessed only when you choose to take a photo or attach a photo / file to a chat. Only the file you pick is sent.
• The login token is kept in the device's secure storage (Keychain / Keystore).
• The app does not use advertising SDKs, does not track you across other apps or websites, does not collect location, and does not read your phone's contacts.

How we use it

• To show and store conversations in the business's inbox and send the replies its team writes.
• To run automations the business turns on itself (greetings, AI auto-reply, follow-ups, reports).
• For account security, customer support and improving the service.

We do not sell data, do not use it for advertising, and use Meta Platform Data only to operate the inbox of the business that connected it.

Who we share it with

• Infrastructure providers (server and database hosting) processing data on our behalf.
• AI providers (e.g. Anthropic or OpenAI) only when the business enables AI features with its own API key; conversation excerpts are sent to generate replies.
• Meta / WhatsApp, when replies are delivered through their services.
• Notification services (Apple Push Notification service, Firebase Cloud Messaging and Expo) to deliver notifications to the app.
• Authorities, where required by law.

Retention and security

Conversations are kept while the workspace is active so chat history survives a disconnected account. Media files may be removed automatically after a retention period. All data is sent over encrypted connections (HTTPS / TLS). Passwords are stored hashed; access tokens and credentials are stored encrypted (AES-256-GCM). Access is limited to authorised workspace members. Our servers may be located outside Indonesia.

Deleting your account

You can delete your account in the app (Setelan → Hapus akun) or on the web (Settings → Account → Delete account). A team member's account is deleted immediately. For a workspace owner the login is switched off immediately and all workspace data is permanently deleted within 30 days. Details are on the account deletion page.

Your rights

Under Indonesia's Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 27 of 2022) you can request a copy, correction or deletion of your data and withdraw consent. Business owners can disconnect Facebook / Instagram at any time from the dashboard. See the data deletion instructions or contact support@aichatauto.com.

Children

The service is for businesses and is not directed to children under 13.

Changes

We may update this policy; the date above shows the current version.
